I saw some purple potatoes at The Fresh Market here in Gainesville Florida the other day. Purple potato salad, anyone?

Erika: no! But I will look, have you tried some? I love it; I have one friend who recommends lightly steaming veggies before putting them into the lunchbox:). Easier to eat?
